Adam Lloyd is President & CEO of Pioneer Technology. 

His experience as a former CIO of a large corporate healthcare provider helps him deeply understand customer needs. He has been where you are - and understands the decision-making process and trade-offs associated with IT initiatives.  He will tell you, he's not a "sales guy". He's a problem-solver. When it comes to IT issues his goal for Pioneer Technology is to build a consultative partnership with our clients based on trust and integrity.

Cris Beagle is Chief Technology Officer for Pioneer Technology. 

He grew up in the Monterey Bay area of California - close enough to Silicon Valley that he was inspired by it and influenced by its growth. He has lived in many places across the country, always solving IT issues big and small for multiple industries, such as large-scale manufacturing and other global companies. His 19 years of experience have influenced his ability to make effective change at the leadership level and scale quickly. He is also a full stack engineer with experience in programming, systems, networking, and storage. He is passionate about all things technology - how to make it simpler, and how it has the power to change our lives for the better.

David Rowell is Director of Operations for Pioneer Technology. 

He is a Chattanooga native who loves spending time with family, being outdoors, and staying active with racquetball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, or disc golf. He has over 24 years of experience in managing IT Support functions for manufacturers and MSPs, and is focused on delivering the highest quality for customer satisfaction and service delivery results. At one point in his career, he was in charge of managing all IT functions for 10 sites of a major manufacturer with over 88,000 employees. In addition to focusing on customer success, David strives to inspire the Support Desk team to be honest, responsive, and thorough with all generated tickets.
